- One system serving many organizations, each seeing only its own data, each with its own branding and settings.

- Sign-in, single sign-on, roles, group membership, delegated administration, audit trails. The part that decides who sees what.
- Payments and memberships
- Subscriptions, dues, donations, ticketing, refunds, invoicing, and the reconciliation your finance person will ask for.
- APIs and integrations
- Public and private APIs, webhooks, and connections to the CRM, accounting, calendar, and email systems you already run.
- Event-driven services
- Systems where things happen in response to other things. A submission triggers a review, a result triggers a recalculation, without one slow step blocking the rest.
- Administrative tooling
- The internal screens your staff lives in. These decide whether people adopt the system, and most agencies build them last and badly.
