What is CRM?

Constituency Relationship Management (CRM) is the process by which an organization manages the who, what, when, where, why and how much of all of the people that the organization has a relationship with.  The consituents might be staff, board members, clients, donors, members or even other organizations.

The CRM lets you track and manage all contact and communication your organization has with each of these constiuent groups, be it phone calls, donations, event attendance or volunteering our CRM will give you a current and accurate view of the partcipation level for all of your consituent groups.
